I'm good and just been twisting and turning so it has been hard to sit and post from paper to computer. I am glad you asked about the year in white because now I will sit.

Bless you, and thanks so much for asking about the CD, "Rena's Moan". Thankfully, it is completed and can be purchased at the link below. Spread the word, as I pray that the work will be a catalyst for discussion and healing:
The Moon has always played an important part in my make and build, but more so my moods, and often times I continue to find myself fascinated with its appearance, phase, and pull. I enjoy reading about the moon and astrology on a daily basis, and whenever I read, I learn something new. Its a lot about the moon I have yet to learn, therefore, I am open to learning.
A few things I do to better familiarize myself with the moon:
Each month, I jot down the rise/set times of the moon and sun, the sign, when to void course, I pay note to my senses and the environment, and I keep a journal of what I find and compare. I've been doing this actively for the past 3.5 years, and right now I'm at a point where I can tell what phase/sign the moon is without referring to my chart.
With regards to the moon, please share some things you currently do to help yourself.
The spirit of Baba Medahochi Kofi Omowale Zannu Mogbarimu Ajinaku El came during a spiritual development session before initiation, along with my grandmother (who died when my mother was thirteen),my great uncle and a very young great aunt who died many years before my birth to state that it was very necessary for my head to be shaved. There were many years of pain that I had harbored over the course of growing out my locs and I knew they would go. Afterwards I felt free so free I could barely walk. I was like a baby being reborn. The ile has not abandoned the practice but it is up to your ancestors and the session way before the initiation. Some people keep their with perhaps a small amount shaved in the center of the head. It all depends.
I responded to the question about the head being shaved under the posting following my blog. Good question and I hope I answered it in a suitable manner.
