Life has been treating me beautifully. I have gone through some rough times but I made it through, focusing on graduating from college this year. How has life been treating you?

just a note about me: I'm originally from harlem, ny, and i'm living in maryland. my husband and I are making a way to get to brooklyn to find our space to settle. we have no children yet, but i've always wanted to homeschool, and it's intoxicating to know how much african support and wisdom there is in my uninverse.

No problem in the delay sistah, we as women hold great responsibilties that require much time and carefulness. In 2004, I founded a women's empowerment organization called S.H.E.R.A.H. (Sisters Helping Each Other Reach A Higher Height). Our mission is to empower ourselves as women so that we can assist in the rebuilding of our communities. Now, I want to establish her as a non-profit and make her a resource center for single parents and women. In the midst of this, I must balance being a mother and Empress. Any words of wisdom sistah?
