I finally saw the cakes that everybodies been talking about. They do look absolutely delicious. I cant wait to go on maternity leave Ill be cookin and bakin the whole nine yards. I havnt had the time to really enjoy these things in a long time. You are such an inspiration since I was a young girl I have always wished to be able to care for my family in that way These short three months home will be the perfect time to actually give them my undivided attention and also discover myself as young woman. By the way I had an awsome slice of cherry pie the other day and it was soooo good. I think a vegan version of that would be even better. perhaps you could try it Ill look for a recipy. I know its just cherry preserves and a crust but I mean from scratch not the cherry preserves in the can chemical filled crap. instead of that you could get some fresh cherries from the farmers market and make yor own fresh filling and crust. I can taste it already. Just a suggestion I hope you endever to try it. I will as soon as i set up my kitchen and get all my baking utensils and pots and stuff in a week or so.
