Thank you so much for your words... I would definately suggest to pick up the book Sacred Woman by Queen Afua, dedicated to womb health - providing SO many techniques and information to ensure positive womb health!
I think you could try a meditation with visualisation - bringing your focus to your womb and using the image of a healthy womb full of vital bright white energy moving around this area of your body. Other colours to focus on is orange and red to enrich the chakras in this area.
