Raw sweets are some of the yummiest treats as they are equally delicious and nutritious. Raw food is essential because only life has the ability to sustain life. Raw foods have major protonic light energy and when this light is released will create a healing vibration that mayl establish beautiful and intricate crystalline structure in every cell of our bodies.
~::: Creamy Peach Pie :::~
Crust:
1 C. almonds
Dash of salt, nutmeg and cinnamon (I like to get the whole nutmeg/whole cinnamon stick and just grate off enough to my taste. This is because the healing properties are released when opened)
4 medjool dates-soaked
1-2 Tbsp. oil (raw coconut oil is best)
1 tbsp of agave nectar or honey or maple syrup
Blend dry ingredients first. Remove from blender and put in bowl. Blend remaining ingredients and add to almond mix. Mix with hands and press into pie dish.
Sauce:
4-6 Peaches
1 Young coconut (Meat, save water)
2 Medjool dates-soaked
A little nectar or whatever sweetner you love
A dash of salt, cinnamon and nutmeg
1 Tbsp. oil
Blend all ingredients till smooth and place in a bowl. Cut up in small pieces 2-4 more peaches and add to peach sauce. Mix well and pour over crust.
Be careful to save some for your loved ones... it is so good you may eat the whole pie in one day!!!
Oh, and save that coconut water as you will need it for the Fig Pudding!!! However, if you cannot wait, drink it now.
I have more to share; in time I will come forward. Prayerfully this recipe will fill you up with good vibrations.
1 C. Flax seed - soaked
1-2 Handfuls of black mission figs
1-2 Bananas
Young coconut water
Cinnamon
Top with a little shredded coconut
Put the soaked flax seed and cinnamon in the blender till it is thick. Add figs then banana and coconut water as you need it. Becareful not to use too much as it will change the texture from pudding to soup if you overdo it. You may like to let it cool however it tastes fine warm.
Yum!!!
I never thought you could make a raw desert, short of fruit salad and smoothies. These recipes sound fantastic and I cannot wait to try them out!!!!!
Peace from Brooklyn!!!
