Blessings as you transition to vegetarian. I posted a couple of comments in response to your forum post about vegetarian recipes. Hope they're helpful. I'm trying the fried tofu recipe tonight so I can let you know how that turns out. Fish Fried Tofu has always been one of my favorites (prepared by others) but I've not yet mastered preparing it myself. I heard with tofu, it's (the flavor) all in the marinade.
