Greeting, on my blog aabout doulas, you said you are not DONA ceritfied and you have a job with a hospital? So DONA certification is what? Eveyone makes such a big deal about DONA ceritifcation, do clinets ask for that or will me doula workshop certification be enough? It really is a lot of money! ATTITUDE GYAL
having trouble understanding light breathing
they say it's the hardest breathing pattern to learn. I think they are right do you have any pointers about learning how to do light breathing? ATTITUDE GYAL
Light breathing
My approach is different. I tell my clients to learn how to breathe before birth. Start really breathing now. Most people do not breathe from their nose, filling their stomaches. Then exhaling, contracting their stomaches. I remind my clients to breathe into the contraction. And when it is over exhale. Tensing the body or robbing the body of breathe will cause pain.
