My interest and my hobbies are collecting African art, home renovations, beading, crafting, soap making, creating body creams and hair care products or jewelry making, drum jams, organic gardening & eating healthier, farm life, watching and preserving wildlife, nature and all it's beauty. I love cooking and collecting great recipes. I love to dream!

People with integrity, people improving themselves in an effort to improve their communities...

About Me

I am Iya Agan Isese Agbaye. I live in Baltimore. I am 51 years old African American lesbian, a Yoruba Priest of Sango for 45 years and a recently graduated Akan trainee Priest of Nana Esi. I'm a mother of many sons and daughters, grandmother to several granddaughters and godmother to an ile of beautiful godchildren. I am a wife, sister, aunt, teacher & friend. I've worked with children for over 38 years as a babysitter, teacher, tutor, Professional Nanny, Psychiatric Nursing Counselor and Child Advocate. As a child, I spent summers on my grandfather's farm and now as an adult, I am about to buy a farm and start several projects on the farm. See my blog.
