One of the things I really loved about ymib when I first got here was how I was able to personalize my profile to reflect me. It took a little time and effort but It was simple once I experimented. I notice that a lot of us haven't customized our banner whether because of time, or know how. If you need some tips here are 2 ways I know of:

**You can just upload your images directly to the header sections in (edit my profile) and play around with it by clicking repeat or filling in colors.

This is how I did mine:

1.Create your banner in photoshop or whatever image editing program you use.

make your banner size- 800x190 (do this by typing in the dimensions of your new image in your chosen image program).

2.type in, cut and paste, draw or insert any images you like in it.

3.when your satisfied, save it as a jpg.

4.Goto photobucket, upload your image.

5.Copy the code for the image.

6.Log into ymib.com

7.click edit profile

8.scroll down to "header background image"

9.paste your photobucket code into the space.

10.save changes.

11.Then view your profile.

If need be, go back and make changes from the header choices if necessary.
