And freedom...
like many other things, is a choice. Like you, I choose to be free...holistically free...in all aspects of life. We have the choice to liberate our minds from poisonous beliefs and thoughts, liberate our hearts from poisonous emotions, and liberate our bodies from poisonous foods and poisonous sex. I have chosen to liberate myself from all of the above, and it has given me much freedom and peace!
Clarity is important when we declare our freedom to the Universe. We just cannot afford to be vague about who we are. When we are clear, we are able to manifest the life we wish to live.
