It's interesting that I'm
It's interesting that I'm seeing this, because I saw her on Friday at Carnegie Hall in NYC and WHAT A PERFORMANCE. What a way to kick my weekend off by hanging with some beautiful sistas, enjoying Jill's performance and being surrounded by some phenomenal fans who (including myself) was singing our hearts out. AND she surprised us all when one of the drummers came to her and landed such a passionate kiss on her and gave her flowers that's when she introduced him for the first time as her fiance'. Love is a beautiful thing and I'm happy to see that they found love with each other!

jill scott's work...she is most inspiring. i am moved by the plea to her man in the first video, and even more moved by her spoken piece...'the thickness'. i hear her call to snatch some of the younger sisters up and not lose the tradition of teaching and training them along their way... thanks so much for sharing.
