Ingredients:Pure coconut milk, sweet almond milk, soy milk, cetearyl alcohol, coconut oil, olive oil, pomegranate seed oil, monoii de Tahita, avocado oil, stearalkonium choloride, plumeria extract, rosemary extract, fragrance.

Consistency:The consistency resembles a real milkshake drink or a heavy deep conditioner treatment. At the same time when it is not heavy on the hair, nor does it weigh it down.

Fragrance:This product smells delicious enough to eat! It resembles the scent to a cake or a real milkshake, but it is not overpowering. Please keep away from children.

Directions:Work through wet or damp hair in sections, style as usual and let air-dry. Cost: $16 for 8 oz. – A little goes a very long way.

Review:Made from pure coconut and sweet almond milk, Curls Milkshake is a styling product used to “define, defrizz, revive, hydrate, and soften dry, kinky curls”. I used this product alone with no other products. I applied the Milkshake on damp hair in about 8 sections and let air dry. I prefer using creamy types of hair products and sometimes thicker styling products are not the easiest to work with. This was not the case with the Milkshake - it applies very easily and evenly with wet hair or damp hair. When applied to wet hair and allowed to air dry, the hair is left manageable, not too stiff. This styling product is not sticky when applied and has a nice fragrance that lasts most of the day. Here is another added bonus – on the second day after testing the Milkshake, I was able to get up and spritz my hair with water and my hair came back to life! The product “reactivated my hair”. Although the fragrance was gone, there was still no residue or film left on my hair! This is indeed a timesaver for days when I can not completely wet my hair. After my hair was dry, I couldn’t get over how soft my hair was and it left a nice sheen. There were no flakes or crunchiness However, try not to be heavy handed while applying it to your hair. I have not tested this out yet, but I believe this would be a great product to twist or braid you hair with because of all the moisture it provides for the hair.
