Does anyone have advice on how to keep leafy greens fresh once they're in the fridge? Everytime I get some, whether from the store, farmer's market, etc. They wilt within a day or two, and are not much fun to eat. Any tips?

lol poor greens, is it not
lol poor greens, is it not in their nature to wilt. buy groceries every day or two then. just joking...I freeze em to keep fresh.
What Kind?
I'm not sure if you are speaking of greens like spinach or collard greens or just lettuce. For collards and spinach I usually will wash them and freeze them right away. They usually get cooked within weeks and are still very tastey. The trick to cooking them is to boil my water with onions and garlic first, then add the greens. They cook down quickly and I turn the heat to a simmer. This prevents them from getting soggy as defrosted veggies tend to get.
Yeah.
wash em up when you get home and cut the ends just like you would flowers. Soak them in coffee mug filled with water on the top shelf of your fridge. Greens wilt when they are thirsty.

Re: leafy greens
Wash the leaves and wrap them in a clean moist kitchen towel and put in the fridge this will keep them fresh for about a week wich is also the max to leave veggies in the fridge.
