Well since my last entry i have learned a lot. i had no idea how sensitive i was when i had my misunderstandings with my "unhappy customers"
Nooo I didn't curse them out or send rotten vegetables in the mail LOL!
We have reconciled since then and even become friends. But I learned how to be a better, wiser seller. i learned not to take things so personal and take a step back for a minute and analyze the situation a bit more throughly before responding in haste.
If you feel upset ...geez you're on line, just get up and walk away from the PC for a moment, you are in the comfort of your own home =, no one is going to jump out and get you LOL!!
Step away and breath, whether you are right or wrong. What you type over the net is a reflection of your business character, you have to be careful since all a customer has is an image of you based on the type of service you give and your communication skills on-line.
i had to remember that I too am a customer, not just a seller, empathy and understanding go hand in hand. Remember how you like to be treated as well as what you expect when YOU shop on-line.
In the end they were happy with their orders after all. Life is funny isn't it
