Breath has been said to be the essences of life. It is used to begin and resuscitate life and it works unconsciously, effortlessly without any assistance or initiation on our part and yet it tends to be the last thing we consider as a tool for our well being. Breath can also be used to manage stress, lower our blood pressure and cleanse our mind, Spirit, and emotions. The first time I learned about the power of my own breathe was about 10 years ago. At the time I had severe uncontrollable migraines and no matter what I took or what I did I could not stop the pounding in my head, the pain came on suddenly without warning, sometimes it would come in times of despair and other times it would wake me in the middle of the night leaving pacing mumbling prayers to God for help, in desperation I went to our county hospital and had them run every test I could and every one of them came back negative the Doctor said he did not know what was wrong with me and finally he decided to move me to another bed for more observation.
