Greetings and Peace, Aishah! Thank you for reading my blog and responding. It is a wonderful thing to be able to smile both outside and inside at yourself. It took me a while to realize that I wasn't able to smile at myself in ways I was once able to. When I realized that I couldn't smile at myself outside, I knew that inside there was something deeper that I needed to address. Smiling at myself on the outside has everything to do with me accepting and loving who I am inside.
Anyway, thank you again for sharing, and I'm glad that you are able to smile inside and outside.
Blessings,
Lesedi

Greetings Aisha,
Thanks for adding me on as a sistahfriend. I see you're
making many positive changes with your diet these days.
Queen Afua is a great inspiration to me as well. Looking
forward to vibing with you more.
Thanks for the heads up on the book. I went by Amazon, and checked out the book. Hopefully a library in my city would have it. And Qonjo means beautiful in Amharic. I went with the name because beautiful was the only word that popped into my head over and over again when trying to describe the changes for the better I have experienced.
Hoping you enjoy and are inspired by each and every visit to the Circle! We are so happy to have your light shine in the Circle of Beauty. Take care and have a wonderful evening!
stoppying by my page, sis! Regarding the blog, I felt it necessary to shine a light on that old, painful wound from which we suffer. This is my mission...to promote healing...my own, as well as that of the whole African collective.
Sending a warm hello and thanks for reading and commenting. I feel you on the body saying its time to go vegetarian. I'm actually lactose intolerant too and animal fat makes my asthma act up. But I'm also guilty of the slip ups. I have a weakness for english muffins with butter. Mm mm mm. lol... But can you please tell me more about the liver and kidney flush? That sounds interesting and like something I should try.
Peace & Blessings, Qonjo what a beautiful name, what does it mean? I got the Kidney-liver flush flush from Queen Afua's Heal Thyself for Health and Longevity book. Its an excellent read.
